Judith Ann Miller- Artist

Artist Judith Ann Miller is a 4th generation Arizonan, living and working in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. With a career spanning decades, Judith has expanded her focus beyond her initial abstract training to incorporate mixed media work, as well as oil and acrylic painting.

Home-Ing

2023- Joint exhibition at the Civic Center Library in Scottsdale, AZ USA.

An exploration of home using personal imagery and memories. Reflecting Judith’s ranching roots in the US and her husband David’s roots in small town England, it is also picking apart how people and things can represent home as much as your place of birth. What draws you to a place, what/who do you take with you when you leave home and is home truly immutable?

2026- Joint exhibition at Bear Steps Gallery Shrewsbury, UK.

Having made the transition to the UK in 2025, Judith and artist husband David Dauncey revisit the Home-Ing exhibition with new ideas and perspectives on the reality of what you do carry with you physically and emotionally when being drawn to the next chapter in your life’s story.
