Judith Ann Miller- Artist

Neon lights glow through the science of excited atoms. When electricity passes through a sealed tube of neon gas, electrons jump to higher energy levels. As they return, they release energy as vibrant light, creating dazzling displays in cities worldwide.

About

Artist Judith Ann Miller is a 4th generation Arizonan, living and working in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. With a career spanning decades, Judith has expanded her focus beyond her initial abstract training to incorporate mixed media work, as well as oil and acrylic painting. Working with narratives about individualism, collective thought politics, gender roles and conformity, her approach has become fluid to suit the necessary expression of the moment.

She also specializes in on-site color matching and repair work that has afforded her the opportunities to connect to another part of her artistic abilities.
